June 9th will be closed...

Sorry but I do not have much choice since i do not have another option at this point in time. But i will open the store Sunday June 10th from 11-3 pm.  I will have a Special  SALE this day only!There will be discounts on supplies & livestock. Plecos & stock ....

Exotic Plecos are basically out of season for collecting so getting a new shipment maybe limited or not happening.Also Our Tanks are Filled big time and more not in the store tanks yet. So No plans on getting Cichlids anytime soon! So If you want some nice Peacocks, Hap males etc get them while I have them in stock. Also I have tons of young available & more coming up soon. Only planned orders will be live plants, pond plants & pond fish etc.. soon. ThanksDaveSee More

high protein?

was wondering if flake foods and pellets made for cichlids that say high protein, or protein designed for chichlid is OK????? i have Africans...... i just dont want them to get the bloat. thanks guys.

electric yellows

hey guys i have a pare if electric yellows that i believe have mated. the female has something in her mouth for the last week and she hasn't ate ether. i have a large hatchery tank that hangs in my tank. its been in there since i noticed her so they would get use to it being in the tank. none of my other fish (10 of them) are bothering her but i wanted to no when i should put her in the hatchery and when i should remove her after the fry are had....

also i no the African cichlids…

got my tank back

i finally got my 110 wave tank back. i gotta get a pic up... my fishes are so happy to be out the tall 55gal. Ive got two electric yellows. one has a black line threw the dorsal fin and one doesn't are these male and female? there doing a little dance as we speak. not biting one another s mouths. but a dance. its sweet. i also have three electric blues well i thought i did. one is very blue. the one is blue but very light almost green and the other is blue in the face and half way back and…

fresh or salt?

Im in Florida for the last two weeks and have been fishing. some of the fish that I've been catching on the sabiki are awesome. dog fish, golbys, rasps, even the sun fish are exotic looking. ill finally have my 110g wave tank when i get back (thanks to my buddy finally getting another allowing me to have mine back) thanks kev. but anyways how hard is saltwater? i no ppl that check there water once a month and have no problem. but others check every day and have nothing but trouble. is there a… Continue
